Your New Business

SunBorn Hill Entertainment Group A new financial + distribution system for entertainment Executive Summary: SunBorn Hill is a film studio created by Carol Ann Shine and Darryll DiPietro, operating on blockchain technology. SunBorn Hill was established on April 17th, 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada. SunBorn Hill will produce a slate of feature films, documentaries and television shows. SunBorn Hill will also assist in completing established projects. Our web3 blockchain technology suite will be the financial and distribution layer for the next generation of entertainment. Feature Films A feature film is a full-length motion picture, typically lasting over 40 to 80 minutes, designed as the primary attraction for theatrical release or streaming. These films feature fully developed storylines and high production values. Documentaries A documentary is a non-fiction film, television, or radio program that documents real-life events, people, or social issues using factual information, interviews, and footage. Television Shows A television show is a recorded or live broadcast segment of audiovisual content created for viewing on television, streaming, or on-demand. These productions, which can be episodic (series) or singular (specials), are designed for entertainment, information, or education and are typically broadcast via cable, airwave, or internet. The problem with the film and television production industry is that what sells currently is superhero franchises. The desire to produce original stories has given way to the universe environment. Very few film studios are willing to take a risk on an independent director or screen writer. Our solution is to bridge the gap between entertainment and blockchain technology, bringing in a new wave of ideas, technology and funding to counteract these obstacles as they exist. The benefit of this will be a new opportunity for capital to be deployed without gatekeepers. It will empower creators to swing for the fences. It will also showcase entertainment to the blockchain industry like never before. SunBorn Hill will be the driving force of a new Hollywood, where access isn’t based on who you know, but what you can do. The future of entertainment is new ideas, new money and new governance. Using the newest tools, such as decentralized autonomous organizations, non fungible digital assets and proof of attendance protocols, we can usher in a new era of film makers, who would never get an opportunity with the status quo. Why now? Streaming has taken over theatrical as the main consumption method. Better tools are needed to create new content, new characters and new storylines. The need to decentralize the film industry has never been greater as 1000’s of filmmakers are stifled daily. Business Description: SunBorn Hill is a film studio and production house being developed by Carol Ann Shine and Darryll DiPietro, a Nevada based company formed on April 17th, 2026. The business was established when conversations between Carol and Darryll evolved from funding films individually to making a full slate of programming. Carol is a USC School of Cinematic Arts graduate with an IMDB that dates back to 1998, producing over 58 impactful, award winning films and television shows. While Darryll also has a background in film, studying motion picture & television at the Academy of Arts in San Francisco, he has a full working knowledge of venture capital, financial markets and blockchain due to founding a technology development company in 2017 and making numerous investments. SunBorn Hill is located in the state of Nevada and is under the protection of Nevada SB 398, establishing a “sandbox” environment for blockchain companies and entities. SunBorn Hill films will create, develop, produce and distribute feature films, documentaries and television shows on both our own streaming platform and all other relevant distribution platforms and channels. Sunborn Hill Films will build the NETFixed product, a streaming platform that specializes in removing cable tv edits and duplicate footage. Our proprietary algorithm will remove 2 to 6 minutes from every 24 minutes of content on television shows that were originally edited to air on cable with commercials. SunBorn Hill Films will create a reputation layer on-chain. This creates an evaluation metric for all platform writers, directors and actors. We will drive a new era in performance-based credibility. Users will vote using our native utility token on the platform. This removes gatekeepers and barriers to entry in the entertainment industry. Unnamed token (will be named when it is minted): A new asset class: film as a programmable financial product. Products: NETFixed: Product and Customer FIt NETFixed is a streaming application which will license existing content and re-edit it, removing cable edits and duplicate footage. This will reduce the time to watch a show by 10% to 15%, giving users more time to watch more content. The user will pay a monthly fee for access to the platform. The content on the platform will also include NETFixed originals produced by SunBorn Hill and any other production studios we align with. SunBorn Hill is building a platform that allows the user to login into a webview, eventually becoming an app. The user will have a search feature and be presented with current, new or continuing programming. This platform will have a user upload feature and a user monetization feature. We will integrate the latest payment gateways as necessary, including USD and Bitcoin. Suppliers We will work with production studios to license their films and television shows as well as option their scripts. We will seek independent film makers and screenplay writers to package with our existing network. Product or service cost The standard cloud computing costs to run servers will apply and increase as we grow to scale. The cost to run this API consists of a static IP address, Linode virtual server, AWS cloud compute and a hosting package from our internet service provider. Net revenue This business will net 100% of the gross revenue streamed off our platform from our original content. This business will be subject to licensing agreements with terms negotiated with the owners of the intellectual property. Our platform will operate as a software as a service (SAAS) application. Intellectual property There is no intellectual property to secure besides trademarks upon inception. We own the URLs thenetfixed.com and Internetfixed.com. The IP for the UI is not proprietary. When our technology stack is completed, we will submit to the USPTO for a patent. Research and development We are continuously testing new features, venues and programs, looking to see where the best product market fit is. Products (continued) Content: Product and Customer FIt Our deliverable products will be feature length films, educational documentaries and television programming that will align with our vision of impact. Our products will stimulate positive thinking, drive change and bring to light topics typically mis-represented or ignored. These goals go beyond typical diversity, equity and inclusion parameters, which by definition, limit broad range participation. Suppliers We will seek deal flow at relevant events, festivals and meetups. Carol and Darryll attend on average, 15 events a month, spread out between multiple industries and locations. Product or service cost Traditional operating costs will incur as we operate a fully functional development and production studio alongside a distribution channel. Net revenue We will negotiate this on a per deal basis, based on industry standards. Intellectual property Intellectual property will reside with the content creator until a deal is made, which will transfer the intellectual property to SunBorn Hill. Research and development We are continuously researching new scripts, shorts and content creators, looking to see where the best product market fit is. It is a closed loop, end to end pipeline, where everything happens on the platform, from idea, validation, funding and distribution. Business model: Film.io operates on a token ecosystem called $FAN. Users engage creators by staking and voting for projects. This is more of a marketplace and a decision engine for content creators. Strengths: First mover advantage Clear product market fit Scalable if distribution layer works Weaknesses No proven monetization from actual films They cannot survive on the token model alone Needs 3rd party players like external studios or partners to execute Fox Blockchain Creative Labs Overview: The web3 division of Fox Corporation. This is more for collectables and existing IP. They use non fungible tokens to prove originality and scarcity. They are the most profitable of our 3 competitors due to their massive library of intellectual property. Business model: Fox Blockchain Creative Labs profits from NFT sales tied to existing intellectual property. They look at franchises and monetize layers of the universe. They rely on fan engagement to drive sales and use licensing and partnerships to reach fans. Strengths: Distribution (TV, streaming, global reach) Proven revenue from traditional media Existing capital and infrastructure Weaknesses: Not decentralized No DAO or fan governance Innovation limited to extensions of existing intellectual property Ingredient X Overview: Ingredient X is a fan owned Film3 studio using the Film.io ecosystem. They are the original builders of Film.io. They are a hybrid blockchain development company and film studio. Business model: Their main value comes from blockchain development services. They created Vault Lock, a tool to secure intellectual property. They require studio participation for film and TV revenue. Strengths: Deep tech capability They own the underlying technology and infrastructure They make money off of tools and services Weaknesses: They are overshadowed by Film.io No independent distribution power Studio success is not yet proven Strategy and Implementation: Market Saturation Industry Events The SunBorn Hill team will continue to host industry specific events during tradeshows and events surrounding the entertainment and blockchain industries.
